Roofing help across the Las Vegas valley
A roof in southern Nevada does not fail the way roofs fail elsewhere. It rarely rots. It bakes. Ultraviolet light and 110 degree deck temperatures cook the flexibility out of asphalt, shrink and split underlayment, and turn the mastic around a vent into something with the consistency of a biscuit. Most valley roofs are perfectly fine right up until the first serious monsoon cell, and then they are not.
That is a bad moment to start cold-calling roofing companies. Best Vegas Roofer exists to shorten it. Describe what you are seeing, a stain on a ceiling, tile on the ground after a windstorm, a flat roof holding water, and we match the job to an independent roofing contractor who covers your area and works on that kind of roof.
We are a matching and scheduling service, not the roofing contractor. The roofer who shows up runs their own licensed business, sets their own prices and warrants their own work. We think saying that plainly is worth more than a badge we cannot back up.

Learn moreWhy roofs fail here, and why that shapes everything we do
Las Vegas roofs are aged by sun rather than by weather, then tested by a handful of violent storms in a short window. That is an unusual pattern, and it is why a roofing page written for a wetter climate gets the priorities wrong.
- The July average high in Las Vegas is 104.2 degrees Fahrenheit. A dark roof surface in that air runs far hotter still, which is the load that ages a roof here. (NOAA NCEI US Climate Normals, Las Vegas station USW00023169)
- Las Vegas has a normal annual precipitation of just 4.19 inches, which makes it one of the driest cities in the United States. (NOAA NCEI US Climate Normals, Las Vegas station USW00023169)
- July, August and September together bring 0.98 inches of that total, so close to a quarter of the entire year of rain arrives in the three monsoon months, usually in a handful of short violent storms rather than steady rainfall. (NOAA NCEI US Climate Normals, Las Vegas station USW00023169)
The practical consequence is that valley roofs degrade invisibly for most of the year and then prove it all at once. Our monsoon preparation guide covers what to check before the season, and our guide to how long a roof really lasts here explains which layer actually decides that.
What you actually get from us
It costs you nothing
There is no charge to be matched. You contract directly with the roofing contractor and pay them at the price they quote you. We never add a markup to that number, because it never passes through us.
Matched to the roof you actually have
A concrete tile roof in Summerlin, a foam flat roof over a Henderson addition and a 20 year old shingle roof in North Las Vegas are three different trades. We route by roof type and job, not by whoever answers first.
You verify the licence, and we show you how
Roofing in Nevada is a licensed trade under classification C-15. We tell you to check the contractor on the state board register before work starts, we link the free search, and we explain what to look for.
Built for the Mojave, not a template
Heat, ultraviolet load and short violent monsoon storms are what break roofs here. Our guides are written around that, with the climate and permit figures sourced and linked so you can check them.
Areas we serve across Clark County
Each area page covers the local housing and roof profile and, usefully, which building department actually issues a roofing permit on your street. In this valley that is not the one most people assume.

Does Best Vegas Roofer do the roofing work?
No. We are a referral and scheduling service. We connect you with an independent roofing contractor who performs the work under their own licence and insurance. We do not perform, supervise or subcontract roofing work of any kind.
What does it cost to use Best Vegas Roofer?
Nothing. There is no charge to be matched with a roofing contractor and no obligation to hire the one you are matched with. You pay the contractor directly, at the price they quote you.
Are the roofers licensed?
Roofing in Nevada is a licensed trade under classification C-15. Every contractor is an independent business responsible for its own licence, bond and insurance. We do not warrant or guarantee that status, and we tell you to verify it yourself on the free Nevada State Contractors Board licence search before work starts.
Who warrants the work?
The contractor who performs it. Best Vegas Roofer does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by any contractor. Ask the contractor for their workmanship warranty and the manufacturer warranty on the materials, in writing, before you sign.
Will you give me a price over the phone?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Roof pricing depends on square footage, pitch, roof type, layers, deck condition and access. Only the contractor who inspects your roof can price it. Any figure published on this site is a third party market range, named and linked where it appears.
Which areas of Las Vegas do you cover?
Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise, Sunrise Manor and the surrounding Clark County communities. If you are outside the valley, call and we will tell you honestly whether we have anyone near you.
Tell us what your roof is doing
