1. What this service is

Best Vegas Roofer operates a phone line and scheduling service that connects homeowners, property managers and businesses with independent local roofing contractors in Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada.

We are not a roofing contractor. We do not perform roofing work. We do not employ, supervise or subcontract the contractors we refer you to. Each contractor is an independent business that operates under its own licence and insurance, sets its own prices, and is solely responsible for the work it performs.

2. No warranty on the work

Best Vegas Roofer does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by any contractor referred through this service. Any warranty, guarantee or assurance about the work is given by the contractor who performs it, directly to you, and is a matter between you and that contractor.

3. It is your responsibility to verify the contractor

Before allowing anyone to perform work on your property, it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that they hold the licence, bond and insurance required for that work. Nevada contractor licences can be checked free on the Nevada State Contractors Board licence search, and disciplinary history on its separate discipline search. We encourage you to use both, and we say so on our guide to checking a roofing contractor.

4. Pricing

There is no charge to you for being matched with a contractor. You pay the contractor directly, at the price they quote you, and that agreement is between you and them. Any price range published on this site is a third party published market range, named and linked at the point it appears. Those ranges are for reference only. They are not our prices, not an offer and not a quote.

5. Insurance claims

Best Vegas Roofer does not file, adjust, negotiate or advise on insurance claims and makes no representation about the outcome of any claim. Nothing on this site is a promise that a claim will be approved, that damage will be covered, or that a deductible will be waived or absorbed.

6. Information on this site

The guides and service pages on this site are general information for property owners, not instructions and not professional advice for your specific situation. Roofing work involves working at height and getting it wrong can injure people and damage property. Always have work assessed and performed by a suitably licensed professional.

7. How to reach us, and what you tell us

When you call and ask to be connected, you confirm the details you give are accurate and that you are authorised to request work at that property. You agree that we may share those details with independent roofing contractors so they can contact you, as described in our privacy policy.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site or our phone line to make false requests, to place automated or bulk calls, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and branding on this site belong to Best Vegas Roofer and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Vegas Roofer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any work performed by a contractor referred through it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Third party links

This site links to third party sources such as NOAA, Clark County and the Nevada State Contractors Board. We link to them so you can verify what we publish. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
