The short version
We collect what you tell us on the phone so we can connect you with a roofing contractor. We share it with the contractor we connect you with, so they can contact you about your job. We do not sell it, and there is no form on this site collecting anything.
What we collect
When you call us, we collect the information you give us during that call. Typically that is your name, your phone number, the property address or area, and a description of the roofing problem.
This site has no contact form, no newsletter signup and no account system, so there is no other route by which you can submit personal information to us.
Why we collect it, and who we share it with
We collect it for one purpose: to connect you with an independent roofing contractor who can carry out the work, and to let that contractor contact you about it.
We share your details with the independent contractor or contractors we connect you with, for that purpose. Once connected, your relationship is directly with that contractor, and their own handling of your information is governed by their privacy practices rather than ours.
We do not sell your personal information.
Calls
Calls to our published number may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes. Where that applies, you will be told at the start of the call.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how pages are used in aggregate. It records things like which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are, and it is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics as described above. No advertising cookies are set by this site.
How long we keep it
We keep call records for as long as needed to operate the referral service and to deal with any question or complaint arising from it, and then no longer than is reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us on the number below and tell us what you want.
If you no longer want to be contacted about a job, tell us or tell the contractor directly and that contact will stop.
Children
This service is intended for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy, and the date at the top of this page will change when we do.
